Over the last few years, I’ve had the privilege to spend time in Miami for work and vacation. I totally understand why “old people” like to spend their winters there. And I also now understand why so many Orthodox Jews migrate down there as well. The kosher food scene is pretty insane.
Although I’m no Miami expert, this post is a culmination of where I ate, what I ate, what was good (and not), where to shop and how I try to travel there on a budget. Keep in mind that a “budget” is different for everyone. Happy travels!
Hotels:
The Altair
Full disclosure: my stay the Altair was hosted. This review is my honest opinion, as always.
The Altair is a smaller hotel in Bay Harbor Islands. It’s on the harbor, which sort of looks like a canal. The Altair caters to the kosher traveler. With amenities like separate men and women swimming hours, Shabbat programming and daily minyamin, it’s a great hotel for families looking for that kind of “kosher” travel.
Rooms:
There are hotel suite options that have kitchens, dining tables and living rooms. These would be great for larger families. The hallways are very wide, which I appreciated because it can often be squishy to get a lot of things through the halls of hotels directly on the beach. The showers are even big enough that you could sleep a child in a pack n play in there if necessary. And the water pressure was very good! I always look for that in a hotel. The rooms are also clean, which is a big deal.
Food:
Breakfast for 2 is included with each room reservation at the restaurant located in the hotel, Ovo. It’s a buffet breakfast with coffee, juice, omelette station, waffles, salads, fresh fruit, shakshuka and more. It’s huge for a kosher traveler to be able to eat a fresh breakfast at their hotel. You can’t do this at any other hotel in Miami. We also dined at Ovo for dinner, and it was delicious.
Amenities:
As mentioned, there are separate men and women swim hours, in addition to mixed swimming most of the day. There are daily minyamin, and you can be completely set up for Shabbat meals and services as well. There’s also a Shabbat elevator. The hotel has 2 electric scooters for rent, bikes and kayaks as well. I really enjoyed staying on the harbor. You’re very close to the water, and it’s really serene and beautiful. It’s also a great location. Walkable to the restaurants on Harding, and not a far drive from Aventura restaurants either.
The Altair isn’t on the beach. I imagined this being an issue for me, as someone who loves the beach, but it turned out to be a lovely surprise. The Altair has a free shuttle every hour that goes from the hotel to a private strip of the main Miami beach. While you do have to sit in a bit of traffic (welcome to Miami) to get there, it’s worth it. You can’t order drinks on the beach, but there is chair and umbrella service there. The chairs even have cushions! I was very impressed.
And since it’s not grouped in with all of the hotels on Miami beach, the beach was much quieter than you would get at a beachfront hotel. I loved that part and really enjoyed it.
I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that it was hectic during midwinter vacation. There was absolutely a mass migration of Jews from NY staying there, and the first couple of days of our stay were very crowded. We could barely get seats at the pool. It makes sense for families looking for kosher travel amenities, but if you’re going for a relaxing vacation, I wouldn’t go during midwinter vacation. It was much more relaxing, once a large number of people checked out a day into our stay.
I would absolutely stay there again!
RIU Plaza Miami Beach
It was perfect for what we needed. A full breakfast buffet was included, but there were hardly any kosher options. It’s right on the beach in Mid-Beach (about 36th and Collins). The lobby and outdoor area is gorgeous, and it really makes you feel like you’re in a tropical location. The pool area was nice to lounge by, although it’s definitely smaller than it appears online. There’s an outdoor bar that made fantastic virgin Piña Coladas for me. The rooms are nothing special, but they were perfectly clean and lovely for what we needed.
But the Crème de la crème is absolutely the beach front property. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas for any guest that wants a spot on the beach. It’s truly serene, and was the highlight of my trip. I played in the ocean for over an hour, all by myself, in pure bliss. The only downside is that there were other hotel guests smoking on the beach, which always makes me angry. Also to note, you couldn’t go too far out in the ocean before your feet didn’t touch the bottom. And that’s me saying that as a 5’2″ woman. Children can’t go out far at all, and the slope to get into the water from the sand is steep. I had a LOVELY time, but it’s possible there is a more kid-friendly beach somewhere along the strip. I will also note that the type of person that usually stays at the RIU is someone looking for a party vs. families, from my experience. Something to note. Would I stay there again? Absolutely.
**In relation to the kosher food scene, we felt it was necessary to have a car because you definitely needed to drive to get to the Harding Street restaurants (15 minutes to Streets Kitchen, Rustiko, Mendel’s Backyard BBQ, 26 Sushi and Tapas, etc), as well as Fuego (30 minutes), Soho Asian Bar and Bistro (25 minutes) or Zak the Baker (15 minutes). Tasty Beach Cafe is the closest at .6 miles away from the hotel. We actually had them deliver breakfast to us one day, and it worked out great.
Newport Beachside (Sunny Isles):
Let’s put it this way. We booked this hotel on Hotwire, and the hotel did not disclose on Hotwire that the pool deck / pool would be unavailable. We were not made aware of this until check-in. I did find that information on their website, but it’s pretty hidden. I’ve linked it here. We were checked into the hotel for about 3 hours before we had to call Hotwire, get a refund and move to a different hotel. I’m not a brat, but the conditions were disgusting and unlivable. I’ll break it down.
The entire lobby and all the hallways of the hotel smelled like a pet store. Yes, like wet dog, nasty pet store. It was GROSS.
Our bathroom was filthy, and the jets to the tub were completely BLACK. The knob of the shower came off when I tried to turn it on.
I will comment that the sheets did seem very clean.
The beach was actually the nicest part of the hotel. The beach itself, not the service on the beach. It’s the beginning of Sunny Isles, right next to the pier, so the sun doesn’t go away early like in most of Sunny Isles. The beach was very soft and shallow far out. I found some GORGEOUS shells here. But that’s where the fantastic stops. The staff on the beach (whose job is to help you get your chairs, umbrellas, etc) could not have been more rude. They were talking about us under their breath to each other and acted as if we were a total nuisance to them. There were also guests smoking weed on the beach, and no staff member cared to ask them to stop. The Tiki huts that were advertised so beautifully online were completely run down and gross as well. The chairs were broken, and the actual ocean and beach were the only saving grace at this point.
So we tried. But I really don’t want to feel like I’m camping on vacation, and Hotwire was incredible with helping us get sorted out at a new hotel. That was the only service I was impressed with during this ordeal. 0/10 DO NOT STAY HERE, EVEN IF IT “LOOKS FINE ONLINE”.
Marenas Beach Resort (Sunny Isles Beach):
We switched from Newport Beachside to Marenas. It was 100x better than Newport Beachside. Overall we had a good experience. I’ll break it down.
Staff: Perfectly lovely and helpful. Nothing to complain about, also nothing to exactly write home about.
Hotel Room: The rooms are pretty small, unless you pay an extreme amount of money for a suite. And they only have king sized beds. Every room does have a balcony, and they’re all pretty much ocean view, so that’s REALLY nice, and the bathrooms are spacious. This is absolutely something you need to know before booking with a friend, and if you have a family, you absolutely will need to upgrade to the suite.
Beach: It’s a perfectly lovely beach and the staff are perfectly lovely as well. They are helpful with the chairs. You can reserve as many chairs as you need for your party, which is a little annoying when people save 8 front row seats, but also nice if you need 3-4, instead of just 2. The beach was a little sea-weedy and there were A LOT of seagulls, but it’s a very nice area. Something to note, as with most Sunny Isles properties, after about 1:45 pm, the sun does go away. This is because of how the sun falls against the tall buildings. It’s perfectly fine to sit on the beach in the shade, but it’s something to be aware of.
Location: It’s in the heart of Sunny Isles, which I find to be a very central location to all of the food and amenities.
Solé Miami, A Noble House Resort (Sunny Isles Beach):
I’ve now stayed at Solé 4 times, and I think it’s a clear winner for me. I am obsessed. Everything from the staff, to the shower and toiletries, to the drinks and the beach are FANTASTIC. Oh, and the bed is one of the best night’s sleep I’ve ever had. Both times I’ve booked on Hotwire, and I was able to get a good nightly rate. Let’s break it down.
Staff: Couldn’t be nicer. They do everything they can to make you feel special, important and ensure that your stay is the best it can be. They even called my room on my first day to make sure I was having a good time. The staff on the beach are also very helpful as well, with getting chairs and setting up your towels and umbrellas. 10/10
Hotel Room: I’ve stayed in 2 different rooms, and both were fantastic. Even the rooms that claim to not have a beach view, seem to have a beach view of some sort. It’s amazing. I think most, if not all, rooms have balconies. They’re all really nice and clean as well. The only downside, is that when you book on Hotwire, you cannot book a room with 2 queen beds. It’s only a king bed option + pullout couch. So it would work if you were going with your family, but if you go with a friend, someone needs to sleep on the pullout couch or you could share a bed. It’s honestly not so bad to share the bed because they really are big and comfortable, but it’s something worth noting. Almost every room, if not all, have a fridge and kitchenette. It’s perfect for families or people staying for a longer time. I do think that the rooms (and hotel in general) need to be upgraded within the next few years, but I really love staying here.
Bathroom: The bathrooms deserve their own post. I don’t typically love rain showers, but this one is made of magic. The water pressure is absolutely perfect. I shower 4 times in 3 days when I stay there because it’s that amazing. And I’m typically someone who only showers 4-5 times a week. On top of that, the bath products they have are absolutely DIVINE. I was complimenting them so much to the concierge, that he sent up full sized products to my room for me to take home. Yes, I am obsessed.
Beach: The beach at Solé is my favorite of all the beaches I’ve stayed at. The slope into the water isn’t too steep, and you can go out a fair distance before it starts to get deep. I found some beautiful shells there as well. The beach staff make your experience on the beach wonderful, and the pool is small, but also very nice. The ONLY downside is that, and this is true with all of Sunny Isles, after about 1:45 pm, the sun goes away on the pool and beach due to the shade from the tall buildings. It’s fine to stay at the beach after that time, but it is something to note.
Also notable, the chairs aren’t available until 8:40 am, and guests line up as early as 8:15 am to reserve their chairs for the day. Each room is only allowed 2 chairs, regardless of the number of people staying in the room. Solé makes this VERY clear on their website and upon check-in. It’s not done in a sneaky way.
Location: I love Sunny Isles. It’s close to everything (except Zak the Baker and Arthur Godfrey Rd), and it’s not as overcrowded as Surfside and Bal Harbor are.
Transportation:
In winter 2022, since we knew we wanted to have the freedom to go wherever we wanted, including a trip to Boca one night for dinner, we decided to rent a car. We got a Nissan Kicks, and it was fantastic. I’ve never seen a car with such great gas mileage before! I think if you stay more south, it’s beneficial to have a car because you are farther from the food. I would recommend using an app like Turo vs. renting a car because you could be standing in a rental car line for a long time at the airport.
In 2023, I’ve done Ubers, and it’s definitely the easiest. Most Uber rides are less than $15, except for the rides to the airports (both Miami and Ft. Lauderdale). Those are usually around $30 each way.
How did we do it?
I think a hotel and rental car could easily be the piece of a trip that kills you as far as budget. We decided to use Hotwire.com to book both the hotel and rental car, and it was perfect. For anyone who doesn’t know what Hotwire is, it’s an incredible website and app that gives you insane discounts on flights, hotels and cars. The catch is that you don’t know exactly which hotel or rental car agency you’ll get before you book, and you cannot cancel or get a refund. You can filter the guidelines though, so for our hotel search we said we wanted a 4-star hotel in a certain area of Miami (including beach front), as well as the number of beds we needed. It then told us we would get 1 of 3 hotels that we looked into to make sure we could be happy with any option. We booked, and then found out we were staying at the RIU. It was perfect.
The same happened with the rental car, and we got an amazing deal. I would highly recommend using Hotwire to book a trip, especially if you can be a bit flexible. I would imagine it might be harder to use Hotwire with kids if you have specific needs, but it can’t hurt to try. It worked so well for us, and we’d use it again! This is how we were able to stay on budget. I’m telling you — the deals are INSANE.
Where we shopped:
Chewing Gum Boutique:
I’ll get straight to the point. Chewing Gum Boutique on 41st street is the only place worth going to in Miami. It is such a unique boutique, filled with items you won’t find anywhere else. It’s good to note that these are boutique prices. I would say the range of prices averages $80-$200, obviously with items higher and lower than that range. You’re going there for pieces that are going to last you years, not to Target. My favorite thing about Chewing Gum is that they not only carry size inclusive clothing (I would say up to size 20), but the owner, Betty, can literally outfit anyone and any body type. She’s one of those people that has that “eye”, and she is so spot on. They don’t have a website, but they do FaceTime shopping all the time (and ship!). They post SO MUCH of their stock on Instagram, so give them a follow and let the shopping begin!
Undercover Waterwear:
In the back of Chewing Gum Boutique, my favorite modest swimwear company, Undercover Waterwear, has a small shop with many of their styles. So when I went to Chewing Gum, I obviously had to try on some new styles. I love UCW because they have the cutest swim dress and two pieces, for adults AND kids, and they’re size inclusive. They now carry up to 5X in some styles. You must check out all of their styles on their website and Instagram. I’ll link their plus size styles here.
Where we ate:
Okay, the moment you’ve all been waiting for. There’s A LOT of kosher food in Miami. We couldn’t hit them all, but I’ll share what we did.
It’s also important to note that, even for lunch, you really need a reservation at most of these restaurants. Restaurants are in alphabetical order.
Bambu Pan Asian:
Bambu is hands down my favorite restaurant in Miami (perhaps the world). It is the most authentic and fresh Chinese food you will ever have. The service is always a 10/10, even when they’re busy. And the atmosphere is so nice to sit in. I’ve heard it’s also great for takeout, I just have never done it. Do not skip this one. Everything is good for sharing as well, if that’s your thing at a Chinese restaurant.
What we ate:
- Beef or chicken dumplings (pan fried, obviously) – I could write a whole post about these dumplings. Kosher restaurants do not know how to make a proper dumpling. It’s usually very heavy on the chewy dough and very light on whatever meat is inside. Not at Bambu. These are the most wonderful ratio of thin dough to meat. Someone is very obviously skilled and making them by hand in the back. You can tell. It’s like the streets of China. Just get them, and thank me later.
- Chicken lettuce wraps – again, you think they’re nothing special, but you’re wrong. The chicken is so fresh, well seasoned, and it’s just delicious. Also a very generous portion size.
- Spring rolls – yummy! Crispy!
- Pad Thai – I love pad thai from my non-kosher days, and this one lives up to the hype. VERY good.
- General Chow’s Chicken – delicious. Not too much breading. Perfect.
- Beef Lo Mein – very good at the restaurant (and at home later in bed)
Ben B Coco:
While we were having an afternoon in Wynwood, we stopped in a new chocolate shop, just down the street from Zak the Baker. We’d heard it was excellent, and if you love chocolate you must go. It’s kosher, cholov yisroel and parve. It was such a unique experience. The owner offered us a tasting of the different chocolates, and he really knows his stuff. They offer workshops, and it really is an art. Definitely make it a point to go if you’re in the area.
Cafe Vert:
I ordered Cafe Vert via Uber Eats one morning, and to say that they must’ve been overwhelmed with orders would be an understatement. Initially, it said it would take 60-75 minutes to deliver. I was okay with that. It ended up taking almost 2 full hours. It was frustrating to say the least.
HOWEVER, when the food finally arrived, it was actually really delicious. So I think that the slow service was just a bi-product of Yeshiva Week in Miami. Some restaurants simply don’t have the man power to fuel the need.
What I ordered:
- Everything Omelette – DELICIOUS
- Chocolate Crepe – not nutella chocolate, but it was FANTAAASTIC!!!!
I will definitely order from there again the next time I’m in town!
Fuego:
WHAT A FUN AND DELICIOUS MEAL! We really ordered well, and the environment there makes it impossible to have a bad time, even though it was a bit hard to get the waiter. They sing “Tov Lehodos” 2x every night in a kumzits-style, including all of the waiters clapping and singing along. They also go all out for birthday celebrations, which is everyone’s favorite part. I really enjoyed being there, and highly recommend going.
**It is VERY loud in there, and the birthdays include flashing lights. If you or your child are sensitive to this, either bring headphones or opt out of this one. There is also a large parking lot with plenty of parking. It’s about a 30 minute drive from most of the hotels, so plan for that.
What We Ordered:
- Dirty Nachos — YUMMMM
- Bacon Burger — YUMMY! Definitely not “bacon” on top. It was pastrami, and it was not crispy, but I still really liked it.
- Chicken Poppers
- Fries – delish
- Beef Carpaccio – typically not my jam, but it was delicious
- Chocolate Soufflé – VERY YUMMY, and I don’t typically like chocolate soufflé, but this was very well done.
The Grove Kosher
The Grove is a Kosher market with multiple locations. I visited the location on Harding in Surfside and grabbed a quick lunch and some to-go food for the plane. They have tables and chairs outside, which allow you to sit and enjoy your food. It’s also a regular grocery store.
What I ate:
- Plain slice of cheese pizza – it was EXCELLENT, NY style pizza. Very, very good
- Sushi – they have a wide array of sushi, and I took a roll for the airplane. It was fresh and yummy.
- Chicken wrap – I also took this for the plane. I ate it several hours after I bought it, and it was very good. I don’t usually like pre-made wraps, but this was fresh and flavorful.
- Hazelnut Frappe – MY FAVORITE ITEM of the day. It was the closest to Aroma coffee I’ve had in a while. Just the yummy drink I needed before I left Miami.
It’s not a cheap grocery store, but compared to eating out at a restaurant, it’s a great option with table and chairs to sit and eat.
Mozart Cafe:
Located in Sunny Isles Beach, Mozart is very convenient if you’re staying in Sunny Isles. There’s a full parking lot, and a lot of seating. And the food was great too!
What I ordered:
- Mozart Grilled Cheese – absolutely delicious. Sort of like a Domino’s Pizza cheesey bread. SO YUMMY!
- Simply Cauliflower
- Fish and Chips – they were ooookay. They don’t have tarter sauce.
- My friend Amy got the Baked Potato and she really likes it!
- “Ferrero Roche” milkshake — didn’t really taste like ferrero roche, and there were nut pieces in it. Not my favorite. I’d try plain vanilla next time.
Overall, this is a great place for families, and it isn’t nearly as busy as the restaurants on Harding. The service was a bit slow, but if you can advocate for yourself it’s fine!
Oak and Ember (Boca):
Oak and Ember is in Boca, and we took a drive there for our last night dinner. We wanted to go out with a bang, and Oak and Ember definitely did that. It’s a gorgeous restaurant in a beautiful plaza, with a few other kosher restaurants as well. If you have a car, and enjoy a nice drive (we took Collins and Ocean Dr along the beach almost the entire way there), then I would highly recommend going out there.
What We Ordered:
- O & E Sliders – HOLY CRAP these were delicious and had a fried green tomato, and anything with a fried green tomato is a winner in my book
- Short Rib Gnocchi – The short rib was excellent, but the “gnocchi” was more of a fried mashed potato, although still good. I just wouldn’t call it gnocchi. If I was going to skip anything it would be this.
- Duck Spring Roll – good and fresh, but if I was going to skip something, it would be this.
- The Oak Duet – the most delicious main dish with steak cooked to perfection and short rib. If you want meat, this is the best of both worlds.
- Chilean Sea Bass – I go to Florida for fish, and I loved this perfectly cooked dish.
- Mushroom Ravioli – We actually ordered this as an appetizer, and it was INCREDIBLE. One of my favorite things we had.
- Chocolate Bread Pudding Soufflé – Absolutely worth it. Yum, yum, yum! And this is someone who doesn’t love chocolate.
Ovo at the Altair:
Ovo at the Altair is the restaurant on the main floor of the Altair hotel in Bay Harbor Islands, Miami. It is very close to Surfside, and super easy to get to. You do need a reservation, like most restaurants in Miami. If you’re staying at the Altair, it’s a no brainer. I loved being able to go downstairs and immediately be at dinner. They also have a breakfast buffet for 2 with your room reservation at the Altair. But let’s discuss dinner because I think it’s worth going to, even if you don’t stay at the hotel.
What we ate:
- Fried eggplant, zucchini chips and tzatziki — delicious, must have.
- Grill corn – like corn on the stick at the state fair. YUM!
- Short rib dumplings – a table favorite
- Tomato and avocado salad – very fresh. I really liked it. Not very filling.
- Filet mignon – cooked well, cut for you, doesn’t come with sides.
- French fries – were VERY good. They’re not on the menu, but you can order them.
- The desserts were not my favorite. And that’s okay! The two other people with me enjoyed the nest pistachio thing.
Prime Grill:
Located in Aventura, right across from Aventura Mall, it’s a great location that is out of the extreme chaos that is Harding Ave with most of the kosher scene. Prime Grill, formerly known as HBK, is under new ownership, and I was invited to try out some of their menu. It was FANTASTIC. I don’t exaggerate lightly when I say it’s some of the best meat I’ve had in a really long time. I was super impressed with the service as well. I would still recommend a reservation, but especially while it’s still a new restaurant, it’s less crowded than other places. Really enjoyable!
What I ate:
- JoJo’s Pastrami – ABSOLUTELY delicious. A must!
- Brisket Floater Tacos – my favorite of the night. They’re not your average brisket tacos — in a good way. I could eat them again and again. And they were loaded with brisket. They totally didn’t skimp on the meat.
- Hummus with mushroom and onions — so good and the pita was so fresh
- We sampled a rib eye, lamp chop, lamb burger and chicken kabob — all of the meat was INSANE. The lamb chop was my favorite.
- Side caesar salad – fantastic!! I’m a bit of a caesar salad snob, and this one PASSED THE TEST!
I will absolutely be back the next time I’m in town.
Rustiko:
We tried Rustiko for lunch and then went again for apps (and dessert) before Oak and Ember. You definitely need a reservation. It’s conveniently located right on Harding St. But you do have to find and pay for street parking.
What We Ordered:
- Spinach and Artichoke Dip – It was delicious, but pretty thin. I was expecting something a bit chunkier. We also asked for bread instead of the chips, and it was better that way.
- Pear and Parmesan Salad – This salad was delicious.
- Fish and Chips – some of the best I’ve ever had.
- Créme Brûlée – I’m a connoisseur. Not the best I’ve ever had, but VERY good! The right taste and consistency.
- Nutella Cheesecake – Very, very good. It was less nutella-y than I would’ve liked, but I don’t normally like cheesecake, and this was very light and yummy.
- Mango Colada Smoothie – I replaced the mango with strawberry. It was AMAZING!
I didn’t order the Branzino, but a very very good friend has told me that it’s fantastic. I’d like to go back and try some other dishes for a full meal.
Soho Asian Bar and Grill:
I’ve been to Soho 4x now. Yes, every time I go to Miami, I go to Soho. I mean, OMG. Absolutely go to Soho. It’s off of Byscane, so you do need to drive there, but there’s a large parking lot, which is nice. It’s right next door to a dairy restaurant called Fresko, which also looked good.
What We Ordered:
- Crispy Green Beans – OMG, a must order!
- Beef Lettuce Wrap – my favorite thing on the entire menu. Think PF Changs vibes. SOO YUM!
- Pad Thai – also excellent!
- Chicken Cabbage Salad – I can’t describe how fantastic it is. You need it in your life.
- Sweet and Sour Chicken is also good!
And the customer service is always good too. It gets a little hectic during midwinter vacation. But most restaurants do.
Street Kitchen:
Street is a good vibe and isn’t too loud compared to some of the other restaurants. And the service is pretty good. It’s not my favorite restaurant, but people love it.
What we ate:
- Chicken and waffles – my favorite app
- Street Hummus – a dish they’re famous for. If you don’t like lamb, don’t get this.
- Flatbread
- Street chopped salad with fried chicken – I liked it
- 9460 burger – fine, but nothing special
- Plantain cornbread for dessert – my favorite thing at Street. I’ve gone to Street just for dessert before. It’s delicious. Trust me.
Tasty Beach Cafe:
Last, but certainly not least, we had Tasty Beach delivered to our hotel for breakfast/lunch one day. It was YUMMMYYYY!
What We Ordered:
- Nutella Stuffed French Toast – OMG I’m salivating thinking of it now.
- Veggie Quesadilla – nothing special, but got the job done.
- Loaded Home Fries – Now THESE were home fries. YUMMMYYYY! Order extra crispy!
Zak the Baker:
I have nothing to say other than — PERFECTION! This may have been my favorite meal, and it was SO simple. You order at the counter, but they bring the food to your table. I found the customer service to be really great here, even without a dedicated waiter. We easily found street parking. I’ve now gotten the same meal at Zak the Baker 3x, and it is the same deliciousness every single time. It’s worth the drive or Uber, and Wynwood is a really unique area to walk around.
What We Ordered:
- BLT Croissant – maybe the best thing I’ve ever eaten in my entire life. I can’t stop thinking about it.
- Green Tea Lemonade – needed simple syrup added, but that had it for me to use.
It was super fun reliving my Miami trip while writing this. I hope to be able to go back again soon. Let me know what your Miami favs are in the comments!
